How much will my addition cost?
We will talk about the scale of your home addition project during initial conversations and will be able to give you an idea of investment ranges based on similar projects we have done, whether you are looking for a large or small home addition.
If you begin our detailed design and planning process you will receive budgets accompanying actual layout options and design considerations for your renovation.
At the end of our planning and design process you will receive a bid-priced contract containing exactly what your final design choices will cost to construct.
Who do I talk to during my home renovation?
Throughout the entire process you will have a dedicated team you will be working with.
During the design and planning process, your Design Specialist will be your main point of contact. Your Project Lead will be your main point of contact once you enter into the Pre-Construction phase; however, your Design Specialist will remain in contact with you. In addition, you will be able to communicate with your entire team simultaneously in your online project portal.
What can I expect for my remodelling schedule?
Our team is committed to driving our projects forward as efficiently as possible, while risking quality or durability by rushing things.
Our detailed planning and design process is key to ensuring the building process will go according to schedule - and allowing us to create an appropriate schedule for the scope of work and home.
During Pre-Construction phase our team takes care of all key construction preparation details, ensuring that once a schedule is created, things are able to go ahead according that plan and schedule.
Once we have created a construction schedule for you, it will be uploaded to your online portal. When construction begins you will receive daily updates and have the abilty to monitor all project progress online. You will always know what is happening with your home renovation project, and you be able to communicate with your entire team through our portal to ensure everyone is aware of all details and questions at any point.
